Powdersafe Suspicious Mail Indicator Posters

At Powdersafe we have produced two posters which are available free of charge for use within your organisation. We recommend having the posters available in your mail handling area. The first poster highlights the visual indicators or hallmarks for suspicious mail. The second poster has suggested procedures for receiving and sorting your incoming mail.

It only takes one disgruntled individual or intentional activist to send a substance filled envelope into an organisation and cause major chaos if you are unprepared. 

We are able to provide in house training throughout Australia and New Zealand. The course is designed for staff who handle mail on a daily basis as well as wardens, executive assistants and customer service staff.  If you don’t have the requisite numbers simply notify us of how many staff you have wishing to undertake the training and we will advise when the next hosted course is available. All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by an RTO which brings a further level of professionalism and quality assurance to the course which has been delivered to thousands of mail handling staff across Australia and New Zealand.
