FAQs

Bulk Orders

We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Shipping

Where possible we use Toll and Australia Post for all our shipping. If you prefer to use an alternate shipping method please contact us directly. Our shipping rates are calculated depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Prices for Bulky items may vary depending on the destination of the items.

Freight is added at checkout. If an order is split due to an item not being in stock requiring a back order, you are not required to pay additional freight on the back ordered items. As we use registered post and Toll a signature on delivery is required.
Re-delivery of items is not permitted unless a fee of $30 is paid. Failure to pay the fee may result in forfeiture of the paid item.

PO Boxes are not accepted.

If you require a large shipment of items please contact us for freight prices.

Warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The manufacturer of any product you may have brought from us provides a manufacturer’s warranty. That warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods. The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by us. However, if you wish to make a claim, and it is not clear from the manufacturer’s warranty as to who you should contact or how to process a claim, you can contact us and we will try and assist you with your claim. In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against the manufacturer’s warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.

How to lodge a Warranty Claim

You should check the warranty details provided with the item, it should show clear instructions on whom the manufacturer or importer is in Australia. If you have misplaced the warranty information, please contact us and we will provide this information to you.
